Our humble, family-run business is the realization of a big dream. About 30 years ago, one man embarked on the journey of a lifetime. It began in the small town of Puebla, Mexico, where he left behind his friends, family, and everything he knew in pursuit of happiness. He came to the United States seeking the American Dream. After three decades of hard work, sacrifice, and dedication, he saved enough to turn that dream into reality. Our family moved from California to Bremerton, WA — and that dream now has a name and an address: La Poblanita.
